Rattle Snake deep fry. 

I was driving through the high banks on PINS and happened to bump into this gentleman

making his family a nice meal of Rattle Snake. He told me his daughter was lucky not to have been bitten by the snake.

I asked him how he was going to cook it.

He smiled and said deep fried man. That's the way to cook it. 

In the book "The Pluger" it is written that when fishing the surf at nights to be careful as Rattlers tend to go to the surf. I have never seen a rattler on the beach but have seen them in the dunes. 2 weeks ago while filming on the beach I did see a Bull Whip snake at the water.

The gentleman that had the snake was Viviando Rodrigues from Cotula Tx.
